Video & Graphic Content Editor/Developer
Location: Remote (India)
Type: Part-time / Full-time (Monthly contract)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and reliable Video & Graphic Content Editor/Developer who can support our monthly content production for clients in the events and entertainment industry. The role involves editing short-form videos, creating event posters, designing social media graphics, and preparing content in multiple formats.
This position is ideal for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, understands trends, and can work independently with clear instructions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos (30–45 sec) for Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Add captions, on-screen text, and motion graphic elements
- Perform basic colour correction and sound enhancement
- Create adaptations in 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats
- Maintain social-friendly pacing based on trends
- Deliver export-ready, platform-optimized files
- Work with supplied footage and follow creative direction
2. Graphic Design
- Create event posters, flyers, and promotional graphics in 9:16 and 1:1
- Develop adaptations in 16:9 and 3:1 (Eventbrite-style banners)
- Ensure clean, modern, and brand-aligned design standards
- Export assets in correct sizes (PNG/JPG) and colour quality
3. Content Preparation & Delivery
- Maintain file naming consistency
- Organize deliverables in shared folders
- Deliver content within agreed timelines (2–4 days per task)
- Make revisions when required (up to 2 rounds)
4. Collaboration
- Take creative direction clearly and execute with minimal supervision
- Understand client-specific branding guidelines
- Communicate proactively about progress and blockers
Required Skills
Technical
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut Desktop
- Basic motion graphics experience (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva)
- Strong graphic design skills in Canva/Figma/Photoshop
- Understanding of social media content formats
Creative
- Good sense of pacing, rhythm, transitions, and aesthetics
- Ability to create clean, professional event posters
- Familiarity with DJ/nightlife/event-style content is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines

- Quick learner with proactive communication
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of experience (interns welcome)
- Portfolio required (videos + graphics)
